When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 6 to 20 business days.

The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order:

customizations, back-order, and special-order.

Your entire order shipping will follow how many shirts in your order, 

Usually every shipping less than 15 shirts or 3kg,over 15 shirts or 3kg we will add one more shipping.

What shipping method do you use?

We offer free express air shipping so your items can get to you quickly.

Is any of your merchandise restricted in my country?

All countries regulate the quantities and varieties of items that can be imported.

Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item.

Do you charge tax?

When you check out, we don't charge taxes on orders from any country, and we have paid the taxes for shipment(if EU countries) in advance, so you can get your items without any other fee.

If your local customs officials also assess taxes, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other fees, you are solely responsible for all taxes.

May I return an item?

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly.

When my package is in transit,and if I modify my address, will I have to pay the relevant fee?
